All our scrunchies and accessories are handmade in Canada. That means:

• Each piece is unique
• Small differences in fabric, color, or size are normal 
• Colors may look slightly different in person depending on your scree
   

• We ship through trusted carriers
• Once the package is with the carrier, we are no longer responsible for delays or losses 
• If there’s a problem, contact us and we’ll try to help!
